**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, blog posts, and articles.
- Edit and enhance video footage, audio, and other media assets for digital publication.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely production and publication.
- Work with the marketing team to align content strategy with business goals.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, popular content formats, and audience preferences.
- Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Repurpose and optimize content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members for high-quality production.
- Analyze the performance of content using metrics and analytics tools to improve engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and video editing (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or media production.
- Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Knowledge of Tamil language (both written and spoken) for local content creation.
