Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

Strategize and Collaborate:

- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the content team to develop a compelling content strategy that aligns with the Ministry's vision and goals.
- Shape narratives and identify key themes to create a vibrant and informative online space.
- Proactively contribute your expertise and creativity to enhance content offerings.

Build Knowledge Assets:

- Ensure information is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in a user-friendly format.

Maintain Event Relevance:

- Regularly update the portal with information about upcoming AI events, conferences, and workshops to keep the audience informed and engaged.

Ministry Support:

- Serve as a dependable resource, ready to tackle ad hoc requests and research assignments from the Ministry.

Edit Content and Newsletter:

- Ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines in all content submissions.
- Provide constructive feedback to authors to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their writing.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience
- A degree in Journalism or Science/tech communication.
- 6-8 years of experience in Tech content writing, editing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and the ability to communicate them effectively.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
