**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic **Social Media Intern** to join our team and contribute to crafting engaging digital content. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on the online presence of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop creative and engaging posts, stories, and reels for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Design basic graphics using Canva or similar tools (optional but preferred).
- **Strategy & Planning**:

- Assist in creating content calendars tailored to clients' industries and objectives.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and best practices to optimize social media performance.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Increase audience engagement by initiating meaningful conversations and fostering relationships.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of posts and campaigns.
- Prepare concise reports with actionable insights for improvements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative team to align social media content with client goals.
- Support in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or any graphic design tools (preferred).
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Insights).
- **Qualities**:

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
