We are seeking a proactive **Server Administrator** to represent us on-site at **client locations**, bringing in new business and fostering strong client relationships.

**ob Summary**

We are seeking a skilled **Server Administrator** to manage and maintain our data center infrastructure, including KVM virtualization, Windows, and Linux servers. This role requires expertise in server management, virtualization, and troubleshooting. You will work both onsite and remotely to ensure optimal server performance, security, and reliability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, deploy, and maintain server infrastructure in a data center environment.
- Configure and optimize KVM virtualization platforms and environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
- Perform server installations, upgrades, and patch management.
- Monitor server performance, identify issues, and implement solutions promptly.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for virtualized environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain server policies and configurations.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide on-call support for critical server and data center issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Server Administrator in a data center or similar environment.
- Proficiency in KVM virtualization, including installation, configuration, and management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with server hardware, storage, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox (preferred).
- Solid understanding of IT security practices and system hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, VMware, or KVM) are a plus.

**Work Environment**
