Your responsibilities will include:

Student Engagement and Consultation**:
a) Meet with prospective students and their parents to understand their educational aspirations, preferences, and goals.

b) Provide personalized guidance and advice on university selection, study programs, and admission requirements.

**2. University Application Assistance**:
b) Ensure all necessary documentation, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and essays, are prepared and submitted on time.

**3. Admission Procedure Support**:
a) Familiarize students with the admission procedures of various universities, including entrance exams, interviews, and portfolio submissions.

**4. Daily Follow-ups and Task Management**:
b) Organize and manage daily tasks related to student admissions, ensuring timely completion of deadlines.

**5. Student and Parent Meetings**:
a) Conduct individual and group meetings with students and their parents to address questions, concerns, and provide ongoing support.

b) Effectively communicate the benefits of studying abroad and assist in alleviating any apprehensions.

**6. Visa Procedure Assistance**:
b) Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure all visa procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

**7. Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders**:
a) Coordinate with the study abroad counseling team to align university recommendations with student preferences.

b) Establish and maintain effective relationships with university admission offices and representatives to facilitate smooth admissions processes.

**8. Ongoing Professional Development**:
a) Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in university admission procedures, study programs, and visa requirements.

b) Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Science, Engineering, Arts, Commerce or any other field).
- Previous experience in international admissions, student counseling, or a related field is highly desirable. Freshers are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with students and parents.
- Knowledge of study abroad programs, university admission procedures, and visa requirements.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
