The Associate HR Generalist (AHRG) is an entry-level position responsible for providing HR operations support services, including but not limited to; HR life cycle transactions. The AHRG are also required to liaison between HRGs, PMO staff, product managers, cluster managers, People managers and employees for their respective book of work. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Operational excellence outlined by Citi **Responsibilities**: - Perform execution, analysis and documentation of the required HR processes - Provide regular status updates for all leads and create presentations for leadership updates - Resolve concerns or queries in a timely and positive manner as well as provide feedback, advice, coaching and real-time counsel in addressing employee and stakeholder issues - Assist HR teams to support tactical processes for employees - Partner with directors/managers to identify, assess, validate, and facilitate development opportunities for high potential talent - Identify and help close operational gaps, facilitate reengineering, and drive migration planning with the leads - Partner with project, R&C leads in PMO and ensure operational needs are being met in a timely manner and ensure actions support the needs of the business - Facilitate organizational change as required by the business and partner with the site leadership team to develop and present quarterly business updates - Assist with the management of the risk and audit process - Create, manage and maintain project plans and act as the project manager for all follow ups across various departments - Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics. **Qualifications**: - Previous relevant experience in HR and or Operations preferred - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Proven organization and time management skills - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
