**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Overview**:
As a **Graphic Designer**, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging designs across various mediums. You'll work with a creative team or independently to produce innovative graphics that communicate ideas, captivate audiences, and meet the objectives of diverse projects. Your role involves combining artistic skill with technical proficiency to bring concepts to life and contribute to branding, marketing, and communication strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and create visual designs, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, infographics, layouts, and digital artwork.
- Collaborate with team members to understand project goals, requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts using design software/tools while ensuring adherence to brand identity and consistency.
- Produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print mediums, such as websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually enhance creativity and design quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, content, and product teams) to ensure visual consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Incorporate feedback from team members to refine designs and improve the overall quality of deliverables.
- Occasionally oversee or assist in the production process, including printing, to ensure the final product matches the desired quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Coral Draw & Motion Graphics) and other relevant tools.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think critically and problem-solve creatively.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
