**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor and coach students for CBSE + JEE / NEET (Adv. & Mains) / Olympiad / KVPY

/ NTSE / SAT using both offline and online modes.
- Deliver academic and counseling sessions offline, prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures,

and engage students in discussions.
- Clear doubts of students and provide effective practice lessons based on diagnostic tests.
- Conduct demos (seminars, webinars, induction programs) for students and parents

abroad.
- Research, develop, and upgrade teaching materials, sample papers, and study materials.
- Conduct group discussions among students to facilitate problem-solving and skill

development.
- Inspire students, engage them in discussions, and foster their skill sets.
- Train fellow colleagues and junior consultants.
- Perform quality checks.
