Preferred Industry Pharma Packaging /Pharmaceuticals Mfg.
Major Duties & Responsible for quality assurance.
Responsibilities: Assist Senior in the implementation of rejections control & reducing customer complaints.
- Assist senior in the Preparation, control, distribution, implementation, and maintenance of the quality management system documents including QMS, SOP,

Formats, Work Instructions, and policies to cover the applicable standards EN ISO 13485.
- Structuring Implementation of various activities, procedures & systems.
- To attend to various complaints and make CAPA.
- Any deviation observer should be identified and NCR to be raised.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain the organization’s quality objectives as per the objective awareness matrix which clearly describes the primary and secondary responsibilities of each defined objective.
- Plan and conduct process validation and verifications.
- Preparation of required training materials, questionnaires, and answer sheets.
- When applicable, review and release batch manufacturing records/COA-COC to ensure that requirements are met before dispatch to the customer.
- Review work Instructions, Formats, and other documents before issue to the various departments.
- Provide necessary guidance to various departments to assist them to perform their work as per the quality management system requirements.
- Verify and assist with regular risk assessments; conduct a risk assessment for QA and RA for all departments and maintain records.
- Identify training needs for the quality department and arrange/provide training accordingly.
- Distribute the QA and RA work amongst the department

staff to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed effectively.
- Any trends observed through monitoring and measurement of product and equipment.
- Conformity to the Identification and traceability requirements
- Dedicated commitment to continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Assist Senior/HOD in day-to-day task.

Required Skill Set: Should have knowledge of EN ISO 13485,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results orientated with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
