Experience - 1 to 3 years

We are looking for legal minds to join our growing legal team.

As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicating these to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
- Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
- Execute procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
- Handle litigation
- Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function
- Managing organization's legal matters.
- Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, and tender documents.
- Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly.
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract
- Provide and interpret legal information
- Draft, revise, improve, and negotiate commercial contracts such as Service agreement, MoU, NDA, POA, MOE, LoI, Agreement of Sale, Conveyance Deed, Development Agreement, Leave and License, Lease Deed, Declaration Cum Confirmations, Indenture of Mortgage, etc.
- Create, update, and distribute standard contracts and related documentation in accordance with departmental policies and procedures, monitor and track contract flow volume.
- Should have analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in civil, Well acquainted with Real Estate Central / State laws and regulations.
- Drafting and Vetting of Agreement (Rent Agreement, Lease Deed, Consignee Agreement), Special Power of Attorney, General Power of Attorney.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
