Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and coordinating transportation.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse facility.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and safety incidents.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, with at least [insert number] years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as well as operate material handling equipment.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:
