**Summary**:
Ocrolus helps financial services companies make high quality credit and fraud decisions by providing access to trusted data with unparalleled efficiency. Our "Detect" product line identifies signals of suspicious activity in documents and data and is used by lenders to avoid potential fraud. We are seeking an experienced Senior Fraud Analyst to inform the development of our product, review examples of potentially tampered documents to spot trends, and work to onboard prospects and clients onto a rapidly advancing capability.

**Role Summary**:
SME - Paystubs would be the SPOC for Paystubs related process and product changes. He would be closely working with NY OPs and Product team to help improve the process and product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with NY operations team, collaborating with ProdOps and Product Team
- Accountable for managing and training Verifiers and ensuring all updates are downloaded to the team in a timely manner
- Translating and conveying policies for better understanding and execution
- Monitor Accuracy and Governance for the Process

**Requirements**:

- Preferably an underwriter with working knowledge of Paystubs processing, Income Calculation and Fraud Identification.
- Background in performing quality checks, delivering and escalating reports including but not limited to gathering and tracking corrective actions items
- Experience in managing multiple teams
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English)
- Minimum of at least 5+years relevant experience preferred
- **Rotational shifts 24*7**
