Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is looking for passionate individuals who are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of underserved youth. We are currently hiring for the following roles at our Mallepally location:
**1. Mobiliser / Outreach Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with youth and families in slum communities to build trust and awareness.
- Promote the Lighthouse program, highlighting its benefits to both youth and parents.
- Serve as a role model and bridge between the community and the Centre.
- Ensure maximum and quality enrolments in line with program criteria and objectives.

**2. Spoken English cum Digital Trainer**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging Spoken English and Digital Literacy sessions to students at the Lighthouse Centre.
- Improve students’ job readiness and communication skills through structured classroom training.
- Contribute to students' personal and professional development in a holistic learning environment.
