**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 2D animations for various multimedia projects, including characters, environments, and effects.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team (designers, writers, directors) to conceptualize and storyboard ideas.
- Translate storyboards into fluid, dynamic, and visually stunning animations.
- Work with the Art Department to ensure consistency in style and design.
- Animate characters, props, and backgrounds, ensuring all movements are smooth and realistic.
- Implement feedback from supervisors and clients to fine-tune and perfect animations.
- Stay up to date with current animation trends and software to deliver top-quality work.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, including web, mobile, and broadcast.
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Ensure all work is consistent with the overall visual direction and project guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a 2D Animator, preferably in the entertainment, gaming, or advertising industries.
- Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, After Effects, or similar programs.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, squash and stretch, etc.).
- Ability to create expressive characters and dynamic movements.
- Experience with storyboarding, rigging, and visual effects.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous animation work is required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in character rigging and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with 3D animation software is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and integration with animation.
- Knowledge of video editing software is a bonus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
