About the role & Team _**
- We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Manager/senior associate to join our team. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy and in order to maximize efficiency and productivity._

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with Internal and external stake holders such as warehousing partners, Distributors ,HNI /Family office etc
- Manage the Compliance and Control systems of the YUBI with respect to various processes.
- Investor & Clients Servicing.
- Taking care of the daily trades end to end
- To work on excel cashflows, daily calendar, WH updating to prepare various reports.
- Liaising with the Tech Team to develop and manage a robust workflow on the trades transactions
- Work closely with the business and technology teams to ensure that end to end execution of Bonds operations, workflows seamless.
- Constantly upgrade the defined operations in the system to align with the organisation’s scale and scope.
- Track and identify operations stress points, glitches, process gaps, and work with the
- business and technology team to plug the same.
- Be a single point of contact for all internal users of the YUBI Platform with respect to the queries, support for Bonds operations.
- Develop the roadmap and schedule for execution of the project and have complete

ownership and accountability for product delivery within agreed upon timelines.
- Conducting training programs for new employees.
- Willing to travel frequently

**Desired Skills**:

- Possess 1.5 to 5 years of relevant experience in Bonds /Mutual Funds Operations
- Experience in managing the Bonds /MF back-end operations of CAMS /etc will be considered as relevant expe
