1.Punctuality in reaching ICU/Recovery in time.

2.To follow assigned responsibilities given by nursing in charge

3.Carry out nursing assessment of each patient and maintaining records of assessment

4.Take care of all patients based on orders given by clinicians / RMOs (collection of specimen’s investigations and medications etc.)

5.Assist and report clinicians during their rounds in I.C.U.

6.Maintain personal hygiene of patients

7.Maintain self hygiene and follow hand hygiene and good nursing practices.

8.Assisting in Admission at ICU.

9.Maintaining good inter personal relations with patients and their families with good behavioral practices

10.Maintain good housekeeping with the help of housekeeping staff (mama / mavshi) in the I.C.U

11.Follow biomedical waste disposal practices

12.Carry out good communication with clinicians, RMOs and patients

13.Maintain adequate supplies of medicines and disposables in the I.C.U as defined

14.Maintain records of stocks of medicines and disposables in the I.C.U

15.Checking of all equipment’s in the ward and keeping them in order with the help of maintenance department. Follow breakdown maintenance SOP.

16.Create safe environment in the hospital to prevgent accidents and falls.

17.Communicate critical condition of patient to concerned clinician promptly. Maintain record of communication made.

18.Records and reports nursing care, treatment, medicine correctly and promptly

19.Reports and records any losses and breakage in the unit

20.Gives orientation to patient and relatives about physical facilities, policy rules and regulations of the hospital.

21.Participates in pre and post management.

22.Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
- MNC Registration is must
- Ready to join immediate preferable.
- NABH hospital experience is preferable
