Solution Design Architect

**Overview**
- SDA will be aligned to Corporate Market Product. SDA will play critical role in term support the Product Organization from Technical Standpoint. He will be point of contact for all Architecture & Technical Discussion. SDA will report to Senior Enterprise Architect to bring the corporate direction to each product line. We are planning to keep this role more generic so that we can re-purpose based on business re-structure. SDA will have close connect with all Technical Delivery team ensuring the project delivery.**Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**
- Strategic Focus
- Owns architectural roadmap for business units including wiring diagrams, schematics and message flows etc.
- Creates and submits IA document w.r.t. technical feasibility, operational impact, information security, Job scheduling and integration touch points
- Assist Product owner, design leads and product manager by providing technical inputs, assessment, solutions and advises.
- Create the effective solution design document to ensure all the design elements are covered.
- Operational Management
- Updates IT asset register and message flows
- Provide report on current architecture in reference to its scalability, resilience and modularity.
- Provides validation on product technical attributes in terms of latency, uptime, performance and back up
- Participate with Business along with Program/Project team and finalized the Solution design for given scope
- Review the list of action log with SDM/PM to provide expert oversights.
- People Leadership
- Work closely with SDM/PM to ensure solution implementation is as per given and agreed design.
- De-brief the solution to all technical stakeholder to effectively understanding of solution document
- Governance & Risk
- Secure the Architecture Board approval for proposed designed, if applicable.
- Participate in Architecture Board for peer review and validation.

**Experience & Personal Attributes**
- Exposure of DevOps framework - Azure DevOps (preferred)
- Experience of agile / scrum environments
- Ability to solve complex problems and finding quick solutions
- Experience of working in an agile team of product managers, developers, environment engineers and release managers.
- Senior Stakeholder Management Skills should be top notch
- Excellent communication skills required both written & verbal
- Experience of writing technical business cases, technical proposals and / or white papers on technical topics
