**Job Summary**: USA Tax Gurus LLC, a remote US tax and accounting firm, is looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our team. You’ll create and edit videos, design infographics, run social media campaigns, and make digital brochures and Ebooks to boost our visibility and attract clients. You’ll also help improve our website to make it more user-friendly and engaging. If you love turning ideas into visuals and enjoy working remotely, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Creation**:Make and edit long videos (like tax tips or client stories) and short videos (30-60-second clips for social media) using content and text we provide. Add visuals, animations, and our logo for our website and ad landing pages to get more client inquiries.
- **Infographics**: Design simple, eye-catching infographics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube to explain things like tax deductions or bookkeeping tips.
- **Social Media Campaigns**: Plan and post social media content to grow our audience on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Schedule posts and check metrics (like views or clicks) to make campaigns better.
- **Website Improvements**: Work with our team to update website graphics and layouts to make it easier for visitors to use and sign up for our services.
- **Teamwork**: Work with our marketing team to match our brand style and create content that appeals to small businesses and freelancers.
- **Track Results**: Check how videos, posts, and landing pages perform (like views or sign-ups) and suggest ways to improve.
- **Make Changes**: Use feedback from our team to tweak designs and videos to meet our goals.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years in graphic design and video editing, with a portfolio showing videos, infographics, and social media campaigns. Experience in finance or accounting is a bonus.
- Know how to use video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut to make engaging videos for websites and ads.
- Skilled with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva for infographics, brochures and Ebooks.
- Able to run social media campaigns and analyze results on YouTube, Instagram.
- Good at communicating and working with a remote team, open to feedback.
- Organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field or similar experience.
