**Are you passionate about helping young people (Age 10-15 years) become confident communicators and team players?**

We're seeking a dynamic and engaging soft skills trainer to join our team In this role, you'll create a fun and interactive learning environment where students aged 10-15 can develop essential skills for success in school, friendships, and future careers.

**What you'll do**:

- Deliver interactive sessions on topics like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and positive attitude.
- Use creative methods like games, role-playing, and simulations to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Facilitate discussions and encoura
- ge active participation from all students.
- Celebrate student progress and build a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and schools to ensure a well-rounded approach to soft skills development.

**You're the perfect fit if you**:

- Have teaching/training experience with children or teenagers.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong in regional language
- Are creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference.
- Are a strong believer in the power of soft skills for student success.

**Bonus points for**:

- Experience with soft skills training programs.
- A background in education or child development.
- Familiarity with current trends and challenges faced by young people.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- English (required)
