**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop **LOD 300 & LOD 400 electrical models** in **Revit**, including lighting, small power, and cable trays.
- Collaborate with **MEP, architectural, and structural teams** to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
- Interpret and implement **electrical drawings, specifications, and design standards** within BIM models.
- Perform **clash detection** and resolve coordination issues using **Navisworks** or similar tools.
- Ensure compliance with **industry codes and project-specific requirements**.
- Maintain **BIM model accuracy**, updating as per design changes and project requirements.
- Generate **shop drawings, as-built documentation, and detailed reports** from Revit models.
- Work closely with **clients, consultants, and project managers** to deliver high-quality electrical BIM models.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering** or related field.
- **4-5 years of hands-on experience** in **Revit** for electrical modelling (LOD 300 & LOD 400).
- Strong understanding of **lighting, small power, and cable tray** layouts in electrical design.
- Experience with **BIM coordination, clash detection, and Navisworks**.
- Knowledge of **electrical codes and standards** (e.g., NEC, IEC, BS 7671, IS standards).
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360** is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in **large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects**.
- Familiarity with **MEP workflows and coordination**.
- Exposure to **Dynamo scripting for BIM automation** is a plus.
