Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, following up on leads, and offering information about our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on our products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
