**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming enquiries.
- Converting students from the prospect stage to the applicant stage.
- Assist students in identifying suitable universities and programs that align with their academic goals and career aspirations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available programs, admission criteria, deadlines, and visa requirements

**What are we looking for?**
- A people's person who enjoys interacting with students and guiding them
- Great listening skills and patience to understand student requirements
- A problem solver who can match students with their suitable programs and universities
- A mentor and guide who potential learners can look to for advice.
- Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in education counseling or related field is preferred

**Location**: Defence Colony, New Delhi

**Nature of work**: Full time, **Office based position**

**Working Hours**: Monday
- Saturday (10AM to 7PM)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
