We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team at Unique Academy. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our institute's outreach efforts by connecting with prospective students over the phone and providing them with information about our coaching programs. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, address their inquiries, and encourage them to enroll in our courses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in our coaching programs.
- Provide detailed information about our institute's offerings, including course curriculum, faculty expertise, study materials, and admission procedures.
- Answer incoming calls from students and parents, address their queries, and provide assistance as needed.
- Maintain a database of leads and ensure accurate recording of all interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate closely with the admissions team to coordinate follow-up activities and track student enrollment progress.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and changes in entrance exam patterns to effectively communicate value propositions to students.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the education sector preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents over the phone.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to effectively convey information about our institute's offerings.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
