**Job Title: Revenue Assurance Executive - Manpower Billing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and verify **employee timesheets** for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure billing is aligned with **client contracts**, project agreements, and SOWs.
- Generate and submit **timely and accurate invoices** to clients based on approved timesheets.
- Track and reconcile **manpower utilization vs billing** across projects.
- Coordinate with **HR, site supervisors, and project managers** for manpower-related data and approvals.
- Maintain **billing records** and documentation for internal audit and client reference.
- Address and resolve billing queries or discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual **revenue reports** for management.
- Assist in identifying **revenue leakage** and process improvement opportunities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **2-3 years** of experience in **manpower billing / revenue assurance**:

- Strong understanding of **contractual billing terms**, **SOW**, and **timesheet-based invoicing**.
- Proficient in **MS Excel**, **billing tools**, and **ERP systems**.
- Excellent attention to detail and **analytical skills**.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
- **Graduate degree** in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com preferred); other graduates with relevant experience may also apply.
