Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Social Media Management**: Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **SEO & SEM**: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and help manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (SEM).
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
- **Website Maintenance**: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
- **Graphic Design**: Create and edit visual content for digital campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Internships and freelance work will also be considered.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
