Shopify Handler

The Shopify Handler will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s Shopify store. You will handle product uploads, manage inventory, optimize product listings, ensure a smooth checkout process, and troubleshoot issues. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the Shopify store, ensuring smooth functionality, including product updates, order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service.
- **Product Uploads**: Add, update, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, prices, variants) with accurate and engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and identity.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, manage product availability, and ensure timely restocking or removal of products.
- **Sales Optimization**: Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, improve sales performance, and increase conversions (e.g., SEO best practices, promotions, product bundling).
- **Order Processing**: Ensure that orders are processed efficiently, manage shipping and fulfillment processes, and handle any customer queries or issues related to orders.
- **Customer Experience**: Monitor and improve customer service, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, managing returns and exchanges, and addressing customer feedback.
- **Technical Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise on the Shopify store, such as errors with payment gateways, checkout issues, or broken links.
- **Store Optimization**: Regularly review site performance and implement improvements in the user experience, site speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- **Integrations & Apps**: Set up and manage third-party integrations (e.g., shipping solutions, payment processors, marketing tools) and Shopify apps to enhance store functionality.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze store performance using Shopify Analytics and other tools. Provide regular reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates, identifying areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
