**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to our platforms. Your role will involve creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure our brand remains competitive in the digital landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain the organization's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor social media performance using analytical tools, track key metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing roles preferred.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in crafting compelling messages.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing trends, platforms, and algorithms in the social media landscape.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
