**Qualification**:Any UG / PG / Diploma / Engineering Graduates

**Gender**:Male / Female

**Experience**:1 to 2 Years Experience

**Job Location**:Coimbatore (CBE - 29)

**Job Type**: Full Time | Day Shift | Permanent Job

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials or products
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supply as necessary
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with records

2. **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure proper storage of items to prevent damage or deterioration
- Organize storage areas for efficient space utilization
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

3. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns
- Update inventory databases or software systems to reflect current stock levels
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage, and trends as needed
- Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements

4. **Order Fulfilment**:

- Process and fulfil requests for materials or products from other departments or customers
- Prepare Purchase orders for shipment, including packing and labelling items

5. **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with procurement, production, and other departments to meet inventory needs
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve inventory-related issues or challenges
- Provide assistance and support to internal or external stakeholders as needed

6. **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Participate in inventory management training or professional development activities
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices

**7. Computer Skills**
- Tally Software Knowledge is Mandatory
- MS Office (Word, Excel, e-Mail, Internet)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
