SEO Executive

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to drive organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and improve online visibility.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout the websites.
- Perform extensive on-page & off-page optimization, including meta tags, URL structures, header tags, and internal linking, to maximize website visibility and crawlability.
- Proper understanding to manage SEO and social media Marketing (SMM).
- Monitor and analyze website performance using advanced SEO tools and platforms, and provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and user engagement.
- Work on backlinking Strategies to Drive Traffic and Domain Authority
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques & SEM technology to implement cutting-edge strategies and tactics.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on data analysis to enhance overall SEO performance and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website analytics, user behavior, and conversion data to identify opportunities for optimization and drive continuous improvement.
- Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Advertising (Analyse and optimize ad campaigns to increase return on investment (ROI))
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure that website changes are search engine friendly.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align SEO efforts with lead generation goals, provide insights, and contribute to overall marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the content writing team previously or personally work on content writing to ensure that website content is optimized for target keywords, aligns with SEO goals, and engages users effectively.
- Experience or strong understanding of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, keyword selection, bid management, and ad creation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as an SEO Specialist or similar role, preferably in an agency or in-house digital marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of the recent history of Google algorithm updates
- Proficiency in using advanced SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Extensive experience with technical SEO, including website audits, site speed optimization, structured data implementation, and mobile optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website development concepts, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers and the technical team.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead of the curve and continuously learning about new SEO trends and techniques.
- Experience or strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Individual Qualification (IQ), and Google Ads are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage.
- Experience with local SEO, international SEO, e-commerce SEO, and enterprise-level SEO is a strong plus.
