JOB TITLE : General Supervisor

LOCATION : Durg, Chhattisgarh

JOB SUMMARY:
The General Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and managing a team of employees within their designated department or area. The role involves providing leadership, training, and direction to staff while ensuring productivity and operational goals are met efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision & Leadership**:

- Oversee and direct the daily activities of the team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to organizational standards.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to employees, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Assign tasks, track performance, and evaluate employee performance regularly.
- **Operational Management**:

- Monitor workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management to establish operational goals and work toward achieving them.
- **Training & Development**:

- Train new employees and provide ongoing development for existing staff to enhance skills and productivity.
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained in safety procedures, equipment use, and other relevant protocols.
- **Quality Control & Safety**:

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Monitor product or service quality and address any issues promptly.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and report any hazards or safety violations.
- **Problem-Solving & Reporting**:

- Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve conflicts within the team or with other departments.
- Maintain records of team performance, production data, and other key metrics.
- Prepare reports for management on team progress, productivity, and any concerns or improvements.
- **Inventory and Resource Management**:

- Monitor and manage supplies and resources needed for daily operations.
- Work with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and tools required for smooth operation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)
