**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pharmacist, either a fresher or with up to 1 year of experience, to join our team. The Pharmacist will assist in ensuring the safe handling and use of medications, contribute to the quality control process, and support pharmaceutical operations within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1) Provide basic guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions when required.
2) Support quality control activities, ensuring that products meet Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
3) Maintain proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
4) Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
5) Ensure accurate record-keeping for dispensing, inventory, and operational activities.
6) Stay informed about industry trends, new drugs, and advancements in pharmacology.
7) Work collaboratively with the team to meet organizational goals and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
1) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) is mandatory.
2) Licensure: Valid pharmacy license or eligibility to obtain one as per local regulatory requirements.
**Skills Required**:
1) Basic knowledge of pharmacology and drug interactions.
2) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
3) Good communication and teamwork abilities.
4) Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
