**Job Description: Oracle E-Business Suite Support Specialist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Functional Support -**

Assistance with module configurations and setups.

Troubleshooting functional issues.

End-user training and guidance.

**2.** **Technical Support-**

System monitoring and performance tuning.

Resolving technical problems and errors.

Customization and extension support.

**3.** **Issue Resolution-**

Providing timely and efficient issue resolution.

Escalation procedures for critical problems.

Regular communication updates.

**4.** **System Enhancement-**

Analyzing business needs for system enhancements.

Designing and implementing new functionalities.

Documentation and knowledge transfer.

**5.** **Reporting & Analytics-**

Building custom reports and dashboards.

Ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Support for Business Intelligence tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with Oracle database concepts and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users, team members, and management.
- Experience in incident management, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is a plus.
- Previous experience in Oracle E-Business Suite implementation or upgrades would be advantageous.
- Oracle certifications related to E-Business Suite would be a bonus.

**Salary**: ₹80,531.13 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Oracle EBS: 3 years (preferred)
- Oracle fusion: 3 years (preferred)
