**Key Responsibilities:Social Media & Content Design**:

- Create visually appealing **static posts, carousels, and animated videos** for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Design **short-form animated videos** (e.g., Reels, Stories, GIFs, YouTube Shorts) using motion graphics and light video editing.
- Repurpose content for different channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency.

**Digital Ads & Marketing Collateral**:

- Design static and animated **digital ad creatives** for platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Display Network, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ad campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation assets.

**Website Design Support**:

- Create graphics, icons, banners, and UI elements for websites and landing pages.
- Work with developers and UX teams to ensure design consistency across the web experience.
- Optimize assets for speed, responsiveness, and performance.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a digital-first environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **social media designs, animated videos/motion graphics, ad creatives**, and **web visuals**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
- Experience with **motion graphics, basic animation, and video editing**.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with web design tools like **Figma, XD**, or **Sketch** is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in performance marketing or working on conversion-driven designs.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (not required to code, but to collaborate better with developers).
- Prior experience in a startup, agency, or fast-paced digital environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
