**Qualifications**

The most critical qualifications for us include:
**UI Design**:

- Solid experience working with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator), etc.;
- Ability to understand and follow visual design documentation, including design systems, and leverage it into our prototypes for clients and stakeholders.
- A high attention to design detail is critical;
- Experience collaborating with and/or supporting user experience design teams is a plus.

**Business Knowledge and Acumen**:

- Ability to follow visual design documentation like pattern libraries and brand guidelines, and leverage it to execute mock-ups for clients and stakeholders;
- A foundational understanding of enterprise software is required.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and how they manifest in enterprise software to support end-users is a plus;
- Previous experience working in pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of healthcare is a plus.

**Client Management and Communication**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to clearly document design decisions made with stakeholders and development teams;
- Excellent collaboration skills and the desire to participate in design discussions that help to move projects forward;
- Ability to participate in a team environment where individuals can communicate and contribute freely.
