Implementing standard Electrical maintenance practices, Coordination with shift in charge for day to day maintenance activities, Coordination with stores for spares management, Generating daily report, monthly report, Purchase requisition etc., Maintaining records for Preventive maintenance, condition-based monitoring etc., Follow up with purchaser and vendors to expedite timely services & material supply, Review bin stock as per specified bin level and follow up with stores to take necessary actions, Root cause analysis of each and every failures followed by actions to avoid it’s reoccurrence.

Executing planned and budgeted jobs with respect to all technical upgradation and regular maintenance for the next financial year, Achieving cost saving by proper substitutions and enhancing productivity, Reducing rework.

Preventing any power/ equipment outage due to lack of maintenance, checks of protection systems and interlocks and impacting profitability, Optimizing working capital by reducing the cost of maintenance by developing internal resources for testing and calibration, maintenance of optimum spares inventory and eliminating breakdown.

Ensuring execution of breakdown maintenance activities with minimum downtime to maintain maximum availability of equipment and plant,
