About the Role:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design a holistic customer experience in terms of usability standards, creative design, and presentation layer development for digital products (web, mobile/tablet, apps).
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to improve our software/product (communication automation platform for businesses [UI to build chatbots]) from ideas to release.
- Defending design choices using research, heuristics, and usability standards, and planning validation activities to ensure the best user experience.
- Presenting design ideas based on user research in an engaging and compelling manner
- Design graphics and page layouts for the ongoing site and content updates
- Designing, prototyping, and evaluating innovative conceptual interactions
- Creating detailed interaction design specifications documentation
- Have the ability to confidently bring new ideas to the team
- Experience with agile usability and agile methodologies is a plus
- Leverage analytics tools and techniques to measure success, present opportunities, and support decision-making and prioritization
- Work with Ad Operations and Development team to optimize revenue generation through ad strategies

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Design, Development or Engineering required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a product designer, web designer interaction designer, information architect, or similar role with a customer focus.
- Web app design, UX/UI 1+ years
- Banners and other promo materials designed with ad placement and ad optimization 1+ years
- Webpages design 1+ years
- Ability to work and collaborate with a cross-functional team within an Agile methodology
- Proficiency using industry-standard tools including; Figma, Sketch, Invision, Google Web Designer, Webflow, HTML5, CSS, JS
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Highly organized, flexible and accountable self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
