**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, install, and align mechanical components, equipment, and systems based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all parts are fitted, adjusted, and calibrated according to manufacturer instructions and technical drawings.
- Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical systems, including motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other machinery.
- Identify mechanical faults and repair or replace defective components as needed.
- Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Conduct alignment, balancing, and calibration of mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to company safety procedures, practices, and regulations at all times.
- Maintain a safe working environment by using proper safety gear and ensuring tools and equipment are used correctly.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Formal training in mechanical engineering, mechanical fitting, or a related field (e.g., trade qualification such as a Mechanical Fitter Certificate).
- Relevant certifications in machinery maintenance, welding, or other related qualifications are a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficient in using hand and power tools, welding, and other mechanical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
