Painter & Polisher is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the property by carrying out all painting, varnishing, polishing, and related finishing works. This role ensures that walls, furniture, and fixtures are kept in top condition, enhancing the guest experience and maintaining brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Painting & Finishing**:

- Maintain and refinish wooden, metal, and other surfaces as required.
- Match and mix paints to achieve the desired color and finish.

**Polishing & Restoration**:

- Polish wooden furniture, wall panels, and fixtures to maintain shine and protect surfaces.
- Restore and repair damaged furniture or fixtures through sanding, filling, and refinishing.

**Maintenance & Upkeep**:

- Inspect hotel areas for touch-ups and repainting needs on a regular basis.
- Respond to guest room and public area maintenance requests promptly.
- Ensure that all painting and polishing tools are maintained in good condition.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Follow all safety procedures when handling paints, solvents, and chemicals.
- Wear appropriate PPE during work to avoid hazards.
- Comply with hotel and brand standards for maintenance work.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a painter, polisher, or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities industry.
- Basic carpentry skills are an advantage.
- Attention to detail with an eye for quality finishing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
