**Position**: Tele Caller / Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to provide information about our services/products.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Counsel prospective customers or clients regarding available services, offering guidance tailored to their needs.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and call notes.
- Achieve daily and weekly call targets and assist in scheduling appointments for counseling or follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
