Mandatory Skills:

- Must have efficient in Tally
- Must be efficient in data entries.
- Must be able to draft letters in English.
- Must have a good typing speed.
- Must be fluent in using of MS Excel and Word.
- Shall be punctual and follow instructions thoroughly and carefully.
- Must be good at organizing and tracking all documentations.
- Ability to meet deadlines in any given situation.
- Is trustworthy, has discretion when handling confidential information.
- Must be willing to learn and take initiative.
- **Book Keeping**:

- Fluent in all types of Data Entry in Tally ERP9.
- All expense booking.
- Sales and Purchase Entry Booking.
- TDS, GST, PF, PT and ESIC or any other tax Entries booking.
- Maintaining and Filing of Documents in a systematic manner.
- Passing entries for import and foreign currency transactions.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Payroll entries booking.
- **Banking**:

- Preparing cheques, Demand Drafts, Drafting letters for communication with the Bank.
- Preparation of documentation for the issuance of Bank Guarantee, Stand-by letter of credit and foreign remittance documents.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
