**Job Title: Customer Sales Representative**

**Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, sales orders, and service-related requests.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and ensure product recommendations align with customer preferences.
- Present and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Provide accurate product information and resolve any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Follow up with leads, customers, and prospects to close sales deals and foster relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in customer sales or tele-sales will be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
