**Key Responsibilities:

**Branch Operations Management**:Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.Manage and supervise branch staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient branch functioning.
**Sales and Business Development**:Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets for liability products (RD, FD, CASA, DDS).Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch's deposit base.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
**Customer Service**:Ensure high levels of customer service and address customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
**Team Leadership**:Lead, motivate, and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and branch performance goals.Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and customer service skills.
**Compliance and Risk Management**:Ensure the branch operates in adherence to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.Implement and monitor risk management processes to safeguard the branch's assets and reputation.
**Financial Management**:Monitor branch financial performance, including P&L, and take corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.Prepare and submit regular reports to the District Head on branch performance and business activities.
