**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, create, and edit short video content (reels and shorts) for social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, songs, and algorithms to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand objectives.
- Ensure the quality and creativity of all produced content.
- Experiment with new editing techniques and styles to enhance content appeal.
- Track performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating reels and short video content.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trending content.
- Proficiency in video editing software and mobile apps.
- Creativity and a good sense of storytelling and pacing.
- Ability to handle deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in marketing or a related field.
- Knowledge of current social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Expected hours: No more than 168 per week
