Key Responsibilities
- **Store Operations**: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory control processes, and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance and meet customer needs.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure that the store is visually appealing and displays are maintained according to company standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and analyze reports, inventory audits, and other performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
