**About the Role: RPO Associate**

As an RPO Associate at GRE Renew Enertech, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process outsourcing activities for the organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Coordinating all aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, checking references, and preparing contracts

**Basic Qualifications**
- 2+ years recruiting experience across multiple industries
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Ability to handle high-volume accounts
- Fierce and competitive spirit
- Basic computer skills including Ms office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
