**Work description**

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of our skill training and coaching institute. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing while contributing to meaningful projects that help learners achieve their goals
- **Content Creation & Marketing**:

- Help design promotional materials such as banners, infographics, and videos.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update the institute’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote programs and increase engagement.
- Monitor trends and create timely posts to connect with the target audience.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Analytics**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies.
- **Paid Advertising**:

- Support in creating and managing online ads on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Track ad performance and optimize for better ROI.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research on competitors and trends in the skill training and coaching industry.
- Provide insights to improve marketing strategies and program offerings.
- **Event Promotions**:

- Assist in promoting webinars, workshops, and events organized by the institute.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns

**Eligibility & Requirements**
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Passion for skill development and education is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
