**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design high-quality graphics for various platforms including social media, websites, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message.
- Create visual content for property listings, virtual tours, and promotional videos.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with the brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print production and ensure the quality of printed materials.
- Assist in the development of visual content for presentations and proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Coral, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong creative flair.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of design work (please provide a link or attach samples).
