Supervisor (Agriculture)

Looking for a well experienced in Agriculture background, responsible and honest individual who is eager to work and get the things delivered.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Looking after the day to day operations of 60- acre agri land.
- Extracting daily work planned from workers.
- co-ordinate work related land preparation to harvesting including fertilisation
- Organize and maintenance of tools, equipment and agri plants, identify safety hazards and recommend remedies and take appropriate action.
- Marinating daily record of work done.
- Responsible for ensuring maximum yield with minimum required input.
- learning and suggesting new innovative methods to improve yield.

**Required Experience, skills and qualifications.**
- Qualification : B.Sc/BE/Diploma in (Agriculture & Horticulture)
- Male only
- Good experience on animal husbandry, Pesticide & fertilization management

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
