**Job Description: Academic Counselor (Inside Sales) - Bengaluru**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a driven and experienced **Academic Counselor (Inside Sales)** to join our team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on selling UG/PG online courses, requiring prior experience in the EdTech industry and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand students' educational goals and recommend the most suitable programs.
- Effectively convert leads into enrollments by building trust and addressing their queries.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a high-performance environment.
- Maintain detailed records of all student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve collective objectives.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 6 months in inside sales within the EdTech industry (mandatory).
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- A goal-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

**Job Details**:

- **Location**: Bengaluru
- **Work Schedule**: 6 days a week
- **Work Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
