Counter Staff

Job Responsibilities:

- Take customer orders accurately at the counter or through phone/apps.
- Generate and manage customer bills using POS/billing software.
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the billing counter.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation.
- Provide polite and quick service to every customer.
- Handle basic customer queries or complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with billing or POS software preferred.
- Good communication skills (Punjabi / Hindi).
- Must be punctual, honest, and customer-friendly.
- Prior experience in a restaurant or café will be an added advantage.

**Salary**:
₹8000 - ₹15000 per month (depending on experience)
